Is it possible to create a view that displays only accounts and entitlements where all the account entitlements are expired? As you know an account can have both expired and Active entitlements.

I am having an issue trying to exclude an account that currently has an Active Entitlement and display only accounts and their most recent Expired Entitlement. The SQL would be easy but I cannot find a way to do this using filters in a view.

Hello,

You can try to do the following:

1. Create a Rollup field that will calculate the number of "Active Entitlements" for the Account.

2. Create a Rollup field that will calculate the number of "Expired Entitlements" for the Account.

3. Use fields created in your query.
