Hi All,
I wanted to Items fields (Notes & Tag Along Items) in Receipt Template. Is there any possibility to add fields in Receipt Templates out of the box?

I have never tried with those particular fields. But it is possible and simple to add fields to receipts with some knowledge.
All receipts are XML files and can be read by a simple text editor program like notepad.
each item entry on the receipt is [Transaction].Entry. {something}. like Transaction.Entry.Price
So you should be able to add an column from the [TransactionEntry] table to the receipt be simply replacing {something} with the column name or anything directly referenced from the [transactionentry] table.
