Report Is anyone using the RR MPS 2.0 add in without issues? I've sent error logs,screenshots etc to their support and it's been passed on to development, I have tried multiple OS and OPOS drivers and uninstalled/ reinstalled RMS RRMPS, .net framework and I'm at a loss as to what to try next.
I have 2 main problems,
1. When I set it to print the receipts just merchant copy it will print 3, turn on merchant and customer I get 6,when I set it to ask cashier it asks 3 times. That problem I can work with I just set it not to print at all and let RMS handle the receipts and signature slip.
2. only when busy the registers will get an unhandled exception that ultimately closes POS. the first error is "handle is invalid. Exception from hresult 0x80070006e_handle"
I've searched for the errors and everything points to connection pooling, .NET,
"Leaky connections"
I only posted the first because I think they may be related, but if anyone has any ideas for what I can't try next, or if you have a successful install to compare to .
