Hi,
I work for a church congregation in Berlin - we have the issue that several contacts show up in different "companies". For example: one person is (1) CEO for a construction company we work with and (2) represents voluntarily a donation organization.
Does anyone have a suggestion how to deal with that in order not to have duplicates in the database?

Hi Martin, For This Scenario Dynamics Provides the 'Connection' Feature which allows you to connect your contacts to different records by defining different relationships, so that you only need one contact record but can maintain multiple relationships to other contacts, accounts and any other entity.
