Newbie question

Hey guys,

I just installed Dynamic CRM 2013 to give it a try before I recommend it to our management, everything runs normally for the user that installed it (me using my admin account), but after adding users and adding them to the System Administrator Role, when they login they can't see information in the dashboard or other zones in the CRM site.

Are there any other set of permissions I have to give the other administrators so they can see everything just like my admin account?

Thanks

    Hi JFHPHS,

If the users are system admin, but cannot see the dashboard, but can login, then you need to check their access license.

Go to the Users, go to Administration Tab, make sure it is Read-Write.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.

The default views are probably set to "My" records - which are probably owned by your admin user - you'd just have to change the view to something else to see data. Under the entity in the customizations are under the list of views, you can choose which view to set as the default - you could choose one like "All Active Accounts"
