Hi Folks

Goal: Looking for the best method to upgrade my MSSQL Express version to a current 64 bit version.

Current installation:
RMS 1 lane version 2.0.22
One backoffice SOM computer

Database Engine:
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 (RTM) - 10.50.1600.1 (Intel X86)
Apr  2 2010 15:53:02 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation
Express Edition on Windows NT 6.2 <X64> (Build 9200: ) (WOW64)

    Forgot to mention running on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

    I also have the RMS CD's and downloaded all patches:

    Retail2.0-KB982484.zip (FP1) RMS 2.0.0150 DB 2.2
    Retail2.0=kb2468453.zip (sp4) RMS 2.0.0155 DB 2.4
    Retail2.0-KB2887502.zip (CU5) RMS 2.0.2000 DB 2.6

    Backup your databases.

    Uninstall the SQL Server 2008 R2 Express x86

    Install the SQL Server 2008 R2 Express x64 (I am using it with SQL Server 2012)

    Restore the backups.
