Close Excel file while uploading Data

hi,

When i upload excel file in ax through uploader it will upload the data from excel but never close the excel file if validation has failed. This makes the system more slower. Any suggestion how we can close the excel sheet while uploading data through x++

    Call the SysExcelApplication quit method to close the Excel application.

    If it doesn't work share your code.

    Are you talking about custom code ? If validation throws exception you need to add try finally block and close excel file in the finally block.
