I get the error when i Username and password :
Mail authentication failed. Please verify your SMTP user name and password. If your SMTP server doesn't support authentication, please clear the SMTP user name and password. Server smtp.office365.com:587 using SSL/TLS supports the following authentication options: LOGIN, XOAUTH2.
You need to select the ID and password, after that check the connection by 'Test Connection' option
I tested this, i get the same error
Enter username and password. if textbox is not enable set YES to Authentication required checkbox.
