Even Production BOM is attached at SKU card, the production is not getting Component lines

Dear all,
 
Please help me with his issue.
 
In Business Central, I have attached the Production BOM in Stock keeping unit card, but is not showing Components in Production order, but when attach the Production BOM in the Item card only I am getting Compments lines

    This would be hard to troubleshoot without access to your environment.  It is probably best to involve your partner in this request so they can see your data.
     
    That being said, I would check your Manufacturing Setup > Components at Location field.  In a multi-Location environment, this field should be blank to allow the Stockkeeping Units to define the requirements.
     
    The only other thing I can think of is the Production BOM selected is not Certified, or has a Starting Date in the future.

    Have you checked the SKU location code and the location code on the production order line matches?

    This is expected behavior. The reason is that bom is used on the item card level, not on sku level. sku is used for planning purposes per location.

    This is not the expected behavior. The system includes BOM and routing fields on the SKU card for a reason—they should function as intended and can be used in areas wherever SKUS are used. There’s likely an issue with your setup. I've tested this scenario and the BOM and routing from the SKU, rather from the item card will populate on the prod. ord. If you share screenshots, we can help troubleshoot further.
