Activities not showing on timeline in Portals

Hello all

I am rather new to Portals, so please bear with me if i am missing something obvious.

I am struggling with the functionality of the timeline in the Portal side on the entity "Case". I want to show a timeline with portalcomments for the user on Portal, but right now it does not show anything. I have created a entity form with the following settings:

82064.1.PNG

Furthermore, i have enabled the timeline on the Form "Test" and set it to show activities.

In addition to this, i have added entity form metadata as followed:

08685.2.PNG

When i then try to see it from the Portal side, it just says "there is no activities to show". In CRM, it is showing all the different activites on the cases.

I have no problem with showing "notes" with the timeline in Portal, but as soon as i change and trying to display activities nothing is shown.

I do not known if it has anything to do with the entity permissions. I have the following relevant active (which i think is some standard permissions from Microsoft side):

8473.4.PNG

As i understand this should be standard functionality with the entity case, but i can not figure out what i am doing wrong.

I hope someone can help me or point me in a direction where to look.

thank you in advance

Best regards,

Casper

    Hi,

Normally "there is no activities to show" means your record don't have any records associated with it, if there is any permission related issue then it will show permissions issue. Other option you can try to set global permission and see if you are able to see anything or not
