Hi everybody,

a few days ago, while installing an app, I received the following error:

"Cannot synchronize the extension [AppName] because it is already synchronized. Furthermore, the provided extension has a different set of tables and table extensions than the synchronized extension."

I tried to synchronize the app with force, after that I receive the following error every time I try to install or uninstall any app:

"Cannot uninstall apps due to the state of the tenant: OperationalWithSyncPending."

I tried to sync the tenant as follow, but nothing changed:

Sync-NAVTenant -ServerInstance [ServerInstanceName] -Mode ForceSync -Force

Do you have any suggestion?
