Slow Performance

We are facing a lot of performance issues at many environments in Belgium.
Are there any issues at Microsoft? Is there a place where you can monitor this?

    I typically use these websites to view Microsoft health status for known issues: 
    Couple of questions: 
    • are all users experiencing slowness / performance issues or just some users? 
    • any large background jobs running? 
    • Page Inspector, Performance Profiler, and Telemetry can help pin point the issue as well - do you have any output from these tools you can share?
    If these steps don't turn up results - you can always reach out to Microsoft & report issue.

    You can use the performance profiler if you know if a specific action is causing issues
     
     
    You can also use the Power BI report to monitor performance and identify its contributing factors.

    Thank you for the responses. 
    It's at different tenants and alle environments and users. Even publishing code or calling API's is very slow or gives a time-out. I guess Microsoft is faceing some issues as it is with different customers.

    We also had the same challenge in performance monitoring and troubleshooting in Business Central SaaS.  Many of the tools mentioned in the post you need to be there and you need to know how to reproduce the performance issues, which will not work in reality a live system.  We are using Performance Insights for Business Central SaaS from SQLMantraTools and it works like a CCTV 24/7 when it comes to recording the details behind the performance incidents like slow running system, blocking, deadlocks.  It has a unique feature which will display the BC User names in many of their analysis and most importantly we can filter a BC User or group of uses to see the matrix.  Rather than wasting time of anything, better to contact them.  There practical field experience in performance tuning Business Central system is second to none.  Visit https://www.sqlmantratools.com/ for more detail.  Just attaching a screen print of their analysis by BC user below from their online user manual as as an example of one of their screens.

    Try running Performance Profiler in Business Central webclient  to understand extension and code that is causing delay.
