Hello everyone,
I'm encountering an issue with the "Prepare for sales appointment" prompt in Copilot. Each time I try to use it, I receive the message:
"I am not able to answer this at the moment. Please try again later."
Here’s what I’ve already checked and confirmed:
✅ Copilot is correctly configured in Dynamics 365
✅ User permissions are in place
Despite going through all of the above steps and spending several hours troubleshooting, I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
