Reports in CRM don´t download for a user

Only one user can not see the reports in CRM, the user have all permisions, when the report is opened only shows a white page. A new user and existing user can see the information of the report. The user have have all permisions in active directory.

    Hi Rosa,

    First make sure you have assigned the security roles to the user.  Try assigning System Administrator role to see if the issue is related to Security Role.

    • Go to Settings > Security.

    • Choose Users.

    • In the list, select the user or users that you want to assign a security role to.
    • Choose More Commands (More commands button) > Manage Roles.
    • In the Manage User Roles dialog box, select the security role or roles you want for the user or users, and then choose OK.

    If the user can now download the report then the issue is with the Security Role.  If this is the case, then add the user to a Security Role with enough access to data in the report.  Don't forget to remove the System Administrator role.

    I have assigned the System Administrator role to the user and the issue is not solved. Is it possible to delete the user on database? CRM 2015 On Premise.

    Hi Rosa,

    Do you still have this issue? If so, login to the CRM Server if you have access and look at the Event Viewer after you attempt to download the record to see if there are any errors. I would look at the Event Viewer in SQL Server as well.
