What's in Team member license?

Hi,
 
We are trying to implement D365 BC for our internal accounting purposes. While going through licensing model, we came across /Team Members/ license model. In one of the documents, it is mentioned /In addition to the D365 Read, D365 Team Members, Local, D365 Security and D365 Troubleshoot Tools, the Team Members license also includes permissions to the full object range for extensions and customizations (per-tenant extensions), as well as to Power BI, PowerApps and Microsoft Flow./
 
Does that mean our customizations, like custom table object will be included in Team member license? We tried assigning team member related security roles (as mentioned above) to one of our users and try to access a sample custom table that was accessible with normal user, but not able to find it. Any suggestions or explanations on /What a Team member license can read/write with respect to custom object?/.

    The Dynamics 365 Team Members license is a named user subscription designed for users whose jobs aren't necessarily tied to a function but who still need to use the basic functionality of a line-of-business system. This license gives users lightweight access through designated scenarios built into the Team Member experience.The Team Members license does not provide access to custom applications. You have limited table (formerly known as‘entity’) customization options for Team Members,
