How to setup MR 2012 CU16 for Web Access

I am looking for a good set of instructions for setting up MR 2012 CU16 for IIS access.

    MR does not support web access. It is designed as a client/server setup where you install the server components on a server and then install client installs on user's workstations. Alternatively, you can install a client on a server and have users remote desktop to that. I have also seen customers use Citrix or other published application services to publish the MR client to workstations.
