anyone know how i print a gift receipt with out it printing on all reciepts

I have a Microsoft dynamics pos
The way I do it is to go into Store Manager, Database, pick the register that you want to have a gift receipt, hit properties, then under Receipt Printer 2 assign the Gift Receipt format that you use under options (make sure you put a check mark in the "Journal receipts from this printer. Also make sure on this Printer 2 that you set under Receipt Printing for "Sales Receipts and "Gift Receipts" to "DO NOT print receipt".
You will probably have to z or at least close out Store Operations and restart the program. Now all you have to do whenever you need a Gift Receipt is to hit SHIFT-F11. This prints the last receipt in the journal which will be Receipt Printer 2.
I have a programmable keyboard and I made a key that is labeled "Gift Receipt" with the Shift F11 as its function.
Note that if you have assigned in Receipt Printer 1 properties to print the gift receipt, you need to set it to "Do Not print receipt".
