Service Call Notes error -"A save operation on table 'SY_Record_Notes_MSTR' failed converting the retrieved data". Any help on this error is greatly appreciated.

The error message "A save operation on table 'SY_Record_Notes_MSTR' failed converting the retrieved data" is related to a size limitation of the notes on the Service Call. The limitation for the notes in this window is 32k and you will not be able to enter notes when the total exceeds 32k. In order to enter notes you will need to remove some of the content before posting.
The note itself has a 32k limit. When you create a Hotline note the text is actually stored in the SY03900 (Note Master table). So even though you can post multiple hotline notes to a service call, all of them are combined into one Note Index. So it would be 32k on a per call basis, not per individual hotline note.
