itemcost table may be empty even that has made the process of verification?

Hello,
The ItemCost table is only for layered cost items, such as items using FIFO or LIFO. Average and standard cost items wouldn't have any records in this table. If this isn't the answer to your question, please rephrase as I'm not sure what you are asking. Thanks.
