Hi All,

I am trying to configure the Quarantine process for RMA in D365. I am using non-advance WMS warehouse. I am unable to find documentation for this process.

Can someone please help and provide the correct steps?

I tried following these steps but it's not working as expected

Updated "Quarantine management" on Item model group

Create Warehouse (18) and updated "Quarantine warehouse (11)" for the same

Created RMA> Added line> selected 18 as warehouse

Arrival overview>Return order> select order> start arrival> create Item arrival journal

Go to Item arrival journal> The warehouse on the journal is "11" and quarantine order is marked as "yes"> click post

Quarantine order is created> select Dispostion code on quarantine order> End

But I don't see any new arrival being generated

what am I doing wrong here?

Hi,

Can you share screenshots? What settings are set on the disposition code you used? Is it having a setting to scrap the item?
