I am testing the new Shopify connector in Dynamic 365 Business Central. We use an app in Shopify that allows customers to cancel orders up to 30 minutes after they're placed. After 30 minutes, we send the order to fulfillment. The Shopify order document has fields with cancellation information, implying there's some way to cancel and reflect cancellation in BC.
But I'm unable to get this to work and cannot find documentation on this process anywhere. Is it possible to sync order cancellation actions via Microsoft's Shopify connector?
