Is it possible to disable this feature on the Dynamics plug-in for outlook? I would prefer that all users track with a regarding entity for reporting purposes.
Unfortunately, there is no setting to control this feature.
However, you can request this setting by suggesting an idea to Microsoft.
If there are a lot of votes, Microsoft will consider adding it to the subsequent update route.
