Hi:

I have seen where you can create a vendor, even if an approval workflow is in place. The key to triggering the workflow is to actually click "Request Approval".

So, does this mean that it is possible to set up a vendor even without clicking "Request Approval"?

Also, aside from approving the creation of a new vendor, is it possible to create an approval of changes made within the Vendor Card window?

Your statements are correct. I would look at another method like Power Automate instead.
