Bulk update permissions for all users

Hi team, can you help me with bulk updating all the users security roles in an environment in Dynamics 365 customer service?
I want to control all the permission where the team members won't get any other access apart from read access to all the data, dashboards that they currently have. Can you suggest a better and faster solution to do this too?

Hi Ibakordor Kharmih,

You can bulk assign or remove users' security role through XrmToolBox.

It provides two tools: User Security Manager and User Roles Manager

1..User Roles Manager

Hi,

You can use XrmToolBox which is a freeware tool for productivity. If you don't want to use any 3rd party tool you can write a console application and reuse when required in future. Thanks!
