My field service mobile resco app has stopped showing folder in document section

My field service mobile  resco app has stopped showing folder in document section. files are visible but folder and files withing folder are not. any suggestiond?

    Hi Ravi, 

    Thank you for posting your question on the forum. 

    Are you working Online or Offline when you experience this issue? If Offline, ensure that the app is Online and connected so that synchronization is working well. I would also check if there are any synchronization filter that might be preventing these folders from reaching the app. 

    If that doesn't work, I would like to clarify further:
    - Where are these documents stored, are they stored in the CRM System or an external cloud storage? 
    - What is the version of the Resco App 
    - What is the field service version? 
    - Does this issue happen on a specific entity or all entities? Does it happen for all users, all devices or specific device? 
    - Finally, are you able to see these folders from the Browser Client?

    I have switched to latest version of resco 13.2

    CRM version is 9.1

    Dcouments are in crm online version

    we generally  put docs on work order and it's happening on work order entity.

    yes from browser client i can see the doc folder but not on mobile part.

    Hi Ravi, 

    Thank you for your reply, were the folders showing properly prior to the upgrade of the Resco mobile version? Or you still experienced the same problem on older versions?
