Are you working Online or Offline when you experience this issue? If Offline, ensure that the app is Online and connected so that synchronization is working well. I would also check if there are any synchronization filter that might be preventing these folders from reaching the app.
If that doesn't work, I would like to clarify further:
- Where are these documents stored, are they stored in the CRM System or an external cloud storage?
- What is the version of the Resco App
- What is the field service version?
- Does this issue happen on a specific entity or all entities? Does it happen for all users, all devices or specific device?
- Finally, are you able to see these folders from the Browser Client?
