Management Reporter 2012 services credentials determine whether user can login?

Hello,

I recently installed all of MR2012 RU6 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server with both MR services installed as LOCAL SYSTEM and the MR server with datamart installed. The users can connect to http://servername:4712....great. The problem is that no one can generate reports, including from the server. You get a message that the building blocks are missing data etc.

When you switch the MR services to the domain admin account and restart the services, the reports generate but some of the users are not able to connect.

Does anyone know what would cause this?
