Hello,
Facing an issue while installing the Commerce Scale Unit (Sealed), error at STEP27. Tried passing --skipurlcheck also still facing the issue. Can't use --skipscaleunithealthcheck as it could affect the Real Time Services as these are required for our project. Please provide a solution for this. Pasting the commands and required snaps for analysis.

cmd for installation - CommerceStoreScaleUnitSetup.exe install --port 446 --SSLCertThumbprint "42CB557D95E1CCAf87E3207D1DF4E54E9BD3D65B" --RetailServerCertThumbprint "42CB557D95E1CCAf87E3207D1DF4E54E9BD3D65B" --AsyncClientCertThumbprint "42CB557D95E1CCAf87E3207D1DF4E54E9BD3D65B"  --AsyncClientAADClientID "51c038be-b128-4028-b7ba-daaf4c6e3c23" --RetailServerAADClientID "51c038be-b128-4028-b7ba-daaf4c6e3c23" --CPOSAADClientID "51c038be-b128-4028-b7ba-daaf4c6e3c23" --RetailServerAADResourceID "api://51c038be-b128-4028-b7ba-daaf4c6e3c23" --Config "c:\temp\StoreSystemSetup.xml" --SkipSChannelCheck --trustSqlservercertificate

    Hi,

At the end of the error, there is information that logs were saved where you potentially can find more detailed information. Did you study these log files already?

As mentioned, it was related to the Retail Server health check, and it is Internal Server Error.
I think that the SSL certificate and other certificates used in the installation command raised issue.
    or may be IIS configuration.
As Andre mentioned, you can find useful information in the logs for furgher analysis.

I'm having this issue to. Usually an error like this would mean the app registration was not configured right in F&O, but I've double and triple checked it. Everything is done correctly.

The logs you guys are asking for are just the console output in a txt file, there is no additional logging that I'm aware of.

For now, I have bypassed the health check stage with the flag "--skipscaleunithealthcheck" and the install succeeded. I'll check tomorrow if it's working correctly.

Edit: Skipping the health check does not solve the problem. Instead, make sure all insight key values are filled in the config file you're using. Any blank key values should be filled with a value (doesn't matter, as long as you don't try to use it later.) I was confused by this because previously, this would cause an error much earlier, when the installer checked for insight keys.

I personally use the fake insight key 92e91ea4-80d5-480c-add6-09a4f62db000
