I'm having an issue while scanning the barcodes for the items on the Warehouse management mobile application during the RF picking, for example ,I have an item with a barcode for the unit each and pack10, when scanning the code during the RF picking it takes the unit of the item that is already created on the work and not the actual barcode that I'm scanning(the unit on the work is each, the barcode scanned is for the pack10).All the unit conversions setup are done on F&O.
Any help regarding this matter would be appreciated.
