I know CRM outlook client is never a smooth way to deal. This time I have created multiple forms for contact and organization entity. When we launch CRM in outlook, open any existing Contact or Organisation record, then on change of form, we get 'Script error: An error has occurred in the script of the page'
This is not happening on the webclient, only happens in outlook client.
Backgroud: We facing this error upon upgrade from CRM 4 to CRM 2016 on premise. I am on Systemadmin.
Any suggesstions or fix would really help.

Yes there is JavaScript on the form, but it errors on system scripts.

Do you have some javascript code running on you Contact or Organization form ? Try to check on the navigator it the JS is working properly. Otherwise, provide us a screenshot of the error.
