We upgraded to 2011 in July. Since then, none of our reports are working correctly. It seems the account masking from the previous version is not being carried over to the new version of the software. We have worked around on a couple a couple reports (BS/IS) to get them working but this is becoming inefficient. Has anyone run into this occurance and how did you resolve it?
For a more detail description, we used a 6 digit account number (011111) in the previous version. The upgrade is forcing us to go to 5 digit account numbers by dropping the beginning 0. It is happening on all reports and all accounts. Use of a wild card is not being accepted. It is 5 digits (full mask) or nothing.

I may need more information on this. Is the issue basically that the migration wizard is dropping the leading zero in your accounts?
Can you confirm that FRx had six digits specified? We had some issues where something changed in FRx and the .G32 file had not been rebuild to see that the account was 6 vs. 5 digits. Please verify that you had gone through the steps in cleaning up FRx before migrating, as discussed in the migration guide here.
