Email from the WorkFlow shows a different Time of a DateTime Field.

Hello People.

Please your kind help. When sending an email, from a WorkFlow using a template, in its body email: The DateTime Fields show a different time:

For example: 

--Record: Case.  Creation Date: 29/01/2019  10h00 

--The email sent from the workflow: 29/01/2019  15h00   (It is showing the UTC time)

When sending the email, manually of the same template, the email shows the exact time of the "creation date" field (10h00), of the Record: Case.

Please your help.

    Could you please check the Time Zone and format of the workflow owner user and the user show is testing the email sending manually?

    Since the same template is used on both scenarios, the date-time value should not be different.  But the time zone and format setting could be different to the users.

    Hello, thank your for the reply.

    This issue was solved:

    Cause: The email sent by workflow, was in a "sync secondary workFlow" in a "Synchronous Primary WF".  The sync parent wf was set "executed by the current user".  

    When This secondary workflow was executed, it was executed by the "SYSTEM".  So, I think, it is why the date was set in UTC Time.

    Solution:

    The secondary workflow was changed to a Parent asynchronous wf. So the user to execute is: The Administrator.

    Now:

    1-The workflow sends the email with the right Time using the email template.

    Hope this helps others.
