Hello People.
Please your kind help. When sending an email, from a WorkFlow using a template, in its body email: The DateTime Fields show a different time:
For example:
--Record: Case. Creation Date: 29/01/2019 10h00
--The email sent from the workflow: 29/01/2019 15h00 (It is showing the UTC time)
When sending the email, manually of the same template, the email shows the exact time of the "creation date" field (10h00), of the Record: Case.
Please your help.
