Electronic reporting-Electronic message processing error

Hello.

I get the error " Action must have resulting status of type 'Technical error'. "  I have done this proccess numerus times and this never happened before.

I have set up the message action as the pic bellow.

I have the status "technical error" but when I when I try to add the action to run the format I get the error that it must have the technical error status.

Does anyone know what I am missing?
