Hi,
We have a Dynamics 365 environment which is managed by a partner as a Dynamics 365 administrator. We want to have a second Dynamics environment, but it will be managed by a different second partner. We want to know how to give access to the two partners, but each one to their environment, without them seeing each other.
Currently they are both administrators of Dynamics 365, but that way they can see everything.
Searching the internet, we have seen that at the user level, security groups can be created, so that each one can only access their environment, but at the partner level we do not see how to do it, unless partners with fewer permissions than administrator can be added.
How could we manage these permissions? Or would we have to have two different tenants?
The problem of having two tenants would be that the licenses we have would have to be double.
We have tried to open a ticket directly with Microsoft to consult it, but the technician who has assisted us has told us that they only support end users, not tenant management. Would there be a place where we can ask?
Thank you very much
