I am working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and have added a Quick View Form for the Contact entity inside a one of the case forms.
The Quick View Form is placed inside a grid in the form designer. However, when I open the Case form in the UI at runtime, the Quick View Form is not visible.
I have checked the following:
- The lookup field for Contact is correctly added to the Case form.
- The Quick View Form is published and properly assigned.
- The Contact record has relevant data.
Is there any additional configuration required, or any known issue that might cause this?
