SSO with Customer Self Service Portals

Hello guys, 

I have been having hard time with the Customer Self Service Portals to use SSO, does anyone have a way of taking this to bypass the WHR screen and to go straight to my SSO portal. 

For the CRM is working fine because Microsoft just created an easy way to manipulate this by using:

mycrm.crm.dynamics.com?whr=mycompany.com

Unfortunately this wouldn't work for the Portal.

Anyone got it working?
