Retail CDX DB Direct access error message. - The user interface does not open due to the error -

HI 

I am working on Hyper v - VM for D365F&O demo environment. I tried to open the user interface in the browser and see the below error

From event viewer i could see the reason for this error which doesnt help me and dont know how to fix

    Hi Srikanth,

    We’re you able to access any website like google.com in your vm ? To me it seems like the message you have from event viewer is unrelated. Are you using retail components?

    Its not the internet connectivity issue, i could use other sites. Not using any retail components
