Can we set workflow that if Invoice discount is given more than x% trigger for approval?

Are we able to set work flow to management the sales person on the amount of discount he released? like authority limit per sales staff based on certain condition?

Hello,

you an use the standard "Sales Invoice Approval Workflow" from workflow template by adding the additional condition as shown below.

Note: You can apply the filters which are exist in the table Sales Header / Sales line.

Are we able to set the work flow to disallow total Discount per customer is not more than 15% of the sales its previous month?
