I have completed each step as specified but still can not establish the connection. When creating the hybrid-profile in CRM, it shows the following message: The certificate used for S2S authentication is not installed. For more information, contact your system administrator.

Microsoft Hybrid Connecter has been generated within our Office 365 portal.

During the Powershell execution, the following information has been provided:

RootDomainName; have tried: server name, contoso.com, *.constoso.com

The Cer and PFX files have been generated from the MCC tool and from an official certificate.

The script seems to execute without errors.

CRM es accesible from the Internet

Someone can provide me a clue?

I'm not sure if the link above contains anything relevant to the question asked.

I am experiencing the same issue, and the certificate used is most definitely installed.

Maybe I am mising something basic.

I have still not received a reply and the integration works just fine for emails but ACT, does not work at all.
