Create Purchase Order from RFQ hangs - SysOperationServiceController runOperationWithRunAs

We are accepting RFQ reply to create purchase order but it hangs . When i debugged code and found that debugger hang in Class SysOperationServiceController at method runOperationWithRunAs

Please advise us

You can use procdump tool to get more details about the hang. The tool can also help to capture a memory dump . If you are unable to analyze the dump file, raise a support request to Microsoft. The experts will help you do the anlalysis and suggest you the possibel root causes.
