Hello,

I have an Error when trying to log in to UAT or GOLD environments:

An error occurred at (UTC) 4/25/2021 10:06:38 PM. RequestId: de08dbd4-6746-47e9-b17d-818f6c266d99 and

An error occurred at (UTC) 4/25/2021 10:05:02 PM. RequestId: 024cfe95-62e9-4112-bdb4-6d8b9b7965bb

I was working in UAT environment and suddenly this happened. I've checked on Gold - same thing. Checked in PROD - it is working. 

Does anyone know why this is happening and how long it usually lasts?

Appreciate any help.

hey Tatiana!

Is this behavior still happening? Do you have some additional information like region (for example, if this was on crm11, crm4 or something like that)?

If the issue is persistent, perhaps the best advise is to open a support request with Microsoft, providing the URL, timeframe (in UTC) where the error happened) and the user.
