Thank you Ievgen, I have looked in there but my device does not have a driver with its name on it, like Printer "Quorion" or "Konica Minolta" is just connected using a COM port.

    I have only information like:

    Baudrate: 38400

    Data Bits: 8 bits

    Parity:  None ect..

    This is my printer: www.quorion.com/.../qprint-fiscal-printer.htm

If there is a guide to connected this kind of printer please tell me.

    Hi Elvis,

can u check if ure printer use  OPOS ADK Software for Thermal line Printer :

OPOS – An OPOS printer is used to print POS receipts. An OPOS printer is a local printer that is installed at every register.

    Hello Nirvina,

Yes I have search for that driver, OPOS driver for Quorion QPrint FM but the provider does not have one.
I have contacted the Quorion staff in Germany and they told me this.
    I'm using this file: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7OT9O2PKNIaYmFMV3FGdTdOdms/view?usp=sharing

to create a project in C#.
I also have a library that Quorion use to send commands to the printer. You can create a project in C# using this: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B7OT9O2PKNIaYnVHRG5pWnV2RW8&usp=sharing

where the QCommunication.dll is the library.

If there is a way how to use the SDK CU9 of Retail, or a guide please tell me.
    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Elvis,

In page 22 u have how to use the SDK CU9 :

1- Open the ShtrihPrinter project that is a part of the Retail SDK. The project can be found in the following folder:

    <Retail SDK folder>\POS Plug-ins\FiscalPrinterDrivers\ShtrihPrinter

2- Open the PrinterConfiguration.cs file, and find the FieldType enum.

Yes, I'm working with SDK CU9 and I have seen that part to, but before creating a whole project for my printer, that will be the same as ShtrihPrinter what should I do in Dynamics Ax Retail?
Should I change the Contoso Retail RUS (RURT) or create a new one for my fiscal printer?
Contoso Retail RUS (RURT) enable's the Fiscal Register configuration that is found in
(Retail > Setup > POS > Profiles  > Fiscal register configuration).
Should I need the Fiscal Register configuration for my case?
