I just created a new company in GP 2013. How do I integrate/created the new company in MR 2012?

I also get status of "Not Ready" on some of my companies. If I run checklinks on Financial and Account Master then it goes to "Ready' and works correctly. I get this happening every month which is really annoying and I he not found out why. Although it seems to be one account code that seems to be come up with an error about not having a segment description master record.
Any insight into this issue would be good.
What does it mean when the status is "Not Ready" for the company?
Not that I am aware of.
Do all users need to be out of the system when adding one company?

Do all of the users need to be our of MR to do this? It looks as though it's creating a new database.
Try to re-build your integration data mart. Please have a look on the below link.

Have you logged into MR as admin, also please restart MR console process and log back.
I followed the instructions but when I open Designer, I still do not see the company.
