Hello!
I'm trying to turn on Copilot in Sales Hub in a EU sandbox environment with 2024 wave 1. I have followed the steps below, but it's actually not working. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

I have set security roles to my user:
I have enabled copilot in Sales Hub app:

But it's not showing any copilot icon/banner on Sales Hub:
I have the same question (0)

    I actually set up also:
    - data movement consent
    - monthly release channel
    - copilot e-mail enablement

But it's still not showing any copilot icon/banner on Sales Hub.

I experience the exact same issue.
Everything is set up the way it should, consents given, correct licence, but the Copilot icon does just not appear.
    Also Europe based.

    Hope someone has an awnser.

I wonder if there are globally more issues with this.
We are hosted in NA and experience that we do have it active in a Dev and Staging sandbox, but in Prod with the same setup the icon does not appear anymore (it did appear in the very beginning)

We submitted a case with MS for this

    Hi.

Try enable the Audit on the table and just refresh the app, It should pop up on the right side of the screen.

    Hi

Here is the below screenshot for reference its working well now on EU sandbox.

Step - 1 As the picture below shows that there is no copilot enabled on the module currently and not able to have access, so on prior we need to enable the auditing on the table.

Step 2 - Now select the module which copilot needs to be enabled and publish it, wait until it gets completed and than hard refresh the page it will show on later on right side of the screen.

    Regards,

    Nirav Raval
