    Hi ,

    Are you sure you have 8.2 version ? Can you please go to  Settings -> Customization --> Developer Resource --> check what version you have under Instance Web API.

    Hi There,

    It seems you were using Wrong URL here. You need to use the one available in developer resources in CRM.

    For more information go through this link...Web API not available.

    Hope it helps..

    Cheers,

    PMDY

    In addition to checking that the Url is correct, also check in CRM Deployment Manager if the organization is at v8.2, and if not, there should be an option to Upgrade it

    This problem only occurs if the url is incorrect. Please Follow below steps.

    1. Goto Settings-> Customization -> Developer Resources

    2. You will see an instance Web api URL and ID

    Use that information.

    You can use CRM REST Builder solution to create the correct request query
