Can anybody tell me how can i add the Security Roles which are created by us in the unmanaged solution.

You can go to the Solution-> Security Role-> Add Existing
Security role which are present at Root BU level can only be added inside solution.
Child BU level security roles CANNOT be added inside a solution and need to be created manually.
For root BU security role, You can go to the Solution-> Security Role-> Add Existing

Go to Security Roles in your solution and Click on Add Existing. You have to identify by Role name the one's created by you and add it.
