I am in need of some help. We did a quick campaign of 20,000 email addresses. The quick campaign was completed. As expected a few emails did not go through and we got a message from MS outlook. However, we are still getting this "undeliverable" notification and we have had multiple emails from accounts saying they have received this email 15-20 times now.
I shut down the server side sync with the account and I even deleted the quick campaign.
Has anyone experienced this before? I have already opened a ticket with Microsoft but would like to hear some feed back from the community as well.
We us CRM online and Exchange online.
