I have a user that is having issues printing reports to PDF only when using GP from VMWare Horizon. Any PDF that's created is just a bunch of random characters. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi,

    1. Where do you print this from within GP?

    2. What is VMWare Horizon?  Is this a 3rd party that integrates with GP or some type of VM GP sits on for users?

    3.  Did this ever work?  

    4. Does this happen for other users?  Including sa?
