Database is not running the most current procedures

While I trying to use the Professional Services Tools Library (PSTL), to change the subaccounts on database, this show me that message: "Database is not running the most current procedures"

How can I fix this problem?

    Did you upgrade your version of PSTL? In PSTL, have you already tried recreating stored procedures and views?

    Did you ever get this working?  I have the same issue.  SL 2015 CU1. I installed the version for that, and I re-ran procs/indexes.  Thanks!
