How do users access and add Email Templates in UI?

Hi,

we run our production instance in UI Only mode, my question now is that we have some users that are in need to add and edit email templates? I'm available to show the templates for the users in UI, but the New and Edit Controls are missing. So what is the bast practice to get a seamless handling of email templates in the UI layout?

    Hi Martin,

    For personal email templates, users should be able to create/edit their templates from within their Personalization Settings:

    Then navigate to the Email Templates tab:

    If they are a system administrator (or with the proper permissions) then templates can be created from the Advanced Settings:
