i have a problem when i change the email user in crm, the error "Cannot open Sql Encryption Symmetric Key because Symmetric Key password does not exist in Config DB"
i changed the value of "DisableSSLCheckForEncryption" in sql server to 1.

yes data encryption enabled, the key inserted in the field, i dont change the key.
Have you enabled data encryption and set a encryption key?
